Acceptance of Terms

Eligibility

This site is intended for parents, athletes, supporters, and community members associated with FMCTT. You must be at least 13 years old to use this site without parental consent.

Use of the Site

You agree to use FMCTT.org only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Interfere with the site’s operation or security.  
• Use the site for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.  
• Submit false information during registrations or purchases.  

Payments and Refunds

Tournament Entries

• Full refund will be issued if a participant withdraws before the registration deadline.
• Refunds will also be issued for illness if notification is received prior to the start of the event.
• No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline, except for illness reported before the event begins.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend without prior notice.
• If the event is canceled by the Flower Mound Clay Target Team or the hosting facility, a full refund or event credit will be issued.
• If the event is shortened or modified due to weather or safety conditions, refunds or credits may be issued at the discretion of the organizers based on costs incurred.

Team Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable once the season has started.
• Refunds may be granted prior to the season start in cases of registration error or if the participant is not accepted onto the team.
• No refunds will be issued for withdrawal, injury, or scheduling conflicts after the season begins.

Ammunition and Bulk Purchases

• All ammunition and bulk purchases are final sale once the order is placed.
• Refunds will only be issued if an order cannot be fulfilled or if the product is defective.

Processing Fees

• Credit card and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee.

Refund Requests

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 21 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on FMCTT.org (logos, images, text, and materials) is the property of FMCTT unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.

Disclaimers

• FMCTT.org is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.  
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.  
• Participation in clay target sports carries inherent risks. FMCTT is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while participating in events or using information from the site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMCTT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in team activities.
